Our professional development program offers skill-building workshops to support educators' mental health and wellbeing. These fun, dynamic sessions are designed to help relieve stress and anxiety, prevent mental health challenges, and foster recovery and resilience, empowering educators to thrive inside and outside the classroom. Creative Art
Art is a powerful tool for building emotional resilience and supporting mental wellbeing. It provides an outlet for self-expression, fosters creativity, and offers a mindful escape from stress and daily challenges.
Our creative art workshop invites participants to explore concept-based projects centered around themes of mental health and emotional wellness. The focus is on the process, not the product, creating a safe, judgment-free space where students can express themselves freely and authentically.
Participants are encouraged to engage without pressure or expectation, allowing creativity to become a pathway to healing, reflection, and personal growth.

Smartphone Photography
Photography can be a powerful tool for enhancing mental and physical wellbeing. It encourages mindfulness, highlights positive life experiences, and boosts self-esteem, all while helping to reduce stress. The practice also promotes physical activity by inspiring individuals to explore new places, engage with their environment, and spend more time outdoors. In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of photography while capturing the world through their unique perspective. By documenting meaningful moments and everyday beauty, they’ll build creative confidence and strengthen their connection to themselves and their surroundings.

Dance
Dance is a powerful way to boost mood, improve memory, and support overall wellbeing. As a form of physical exercise, it elevates heart rate, strengthens muscles, and helps reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression by releasing feel-good chemicals in the brain. Learning choreography and exploring various dance styles also enhances memory, coordination, and motor skills. Our dance workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of movement in a welcoming, supportive environment where they can express themselves freely. With a focus on creativity and confidence, participants will explore a variety of styles, including Hip Hop, Breaking (Breakdancing), Street Jazz, Popping, Locking, K-Pop, House, Waacking, and Voguing. No experience is necessary, just bring your energy and a willingness to move!


Laughter Yoga
Boost wellbeing, build connections, and reduce stress in the classroom! Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise that combines gentle movements, intentional laughter with yogic breathing (pranayama), and playful, interactive activities to reduce stress and burnout, boost mood, build connection, and increase happiness and life satisfaction. It enables anyone to laugh without humour, jokes, or comedy. Our workshop is designed specifically for teachers and school staff. Participants will gain practical tools to strengthen emotional resilience, enhance student engagement, and contribute to a healthier, more positive school environment. Educators will leave the session feeling energized, refreshed, and equipped with simple yet powerful strategies to support their wellbeing and use laughter as a tool to build community and promote a joyful, connected school culture.

Yoga
Yoga is a holistic practice that enhances physical health while supporting mental and emotional well-being. It improves balance, flexibility, range of motion, and strength through slow, controlled movements that still elevate the heart rate and engage the muscles. These movements also stimulate the release of brain chemicals like dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine, helping to boost mood, relieve depression, and reduce stress and anxiety.
In this workshop, participants will be introduced to foundational yoga poses and simple breathing techniques designed to foster greater awareness of the body, mind, and emotions. Through guided practice in a calm and supportive setting, participants will build tools to manage stress, improve sleep, and develop a deeper sense of inner peace.

Fascial Maneuvers
Fascial Maneuvers are gentle, restorative movements designed to support the body’s natural ability to heal and realign. This practice targets the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs, which is known to store physical tension and emotional trauma. By releasing restrictions in the fascia, individuals may experience greater freedom of movement, improved posture, and a deep sense of relaxation. Our workshop guides participants through slow, intentional movements paired with deep breathing techniques. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, most maneuvers are performed standing, with modifications available for seated participation.
This practice offers a calming, body-centered approach to wellness that supports both physical and emotional balance.

Meditation
Meditation is a powerful practice that supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. It enhances focus, boosts memory, and fosters greater self-awareness, helping individuals stay engaged in learning and work while reducing distractions and mistakes. Regular practice can also improve confidence, increase job satisfaction, and support the body’s natural healing processes. In this workshop, participants will be guided through a calming meditation session that includes mindful breathing exercises and quiet reflection. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a peaceful space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Sound Bath
Take a mindful pause and restore your wellbeing with our Sound Bath workshop designed for educators. We invite you to experience the calming and restorative power of sound as a tool for stress relief, emotional regulation, mental clarity, and mindfulness, both in your personal life and in the classroom. Immerse yourself in a meditative sound journey featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gently accompanied by soothing chimes. This tranquil environment supports deep relaxation, inner balance, and renewal.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, holistic energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation and restores balance to the body’s energy system. It supports natural healing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels, and is known to improve sleep, reduce stress and pain, and enhance emotional wellbeing, focus, and inner peace. Our 60-minute workshop includes a calming group Reiki healing session. For a deeper experience, our 2-hour workshop offers an introduction to Reiki fundamentals, which includes a guided meditation, an overview of Reiki history and principles, power symbols, the chakra system, and a group healing session.
