The practice also promotes physical activity by inspiring individuals to explore new places, engage with their environment, and spend more time outdoors. In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of photography while capturing the world through their unique perspective. By documenting meaningful moments and everyday beauty, they’ll build creative confidence and strengthen their connection to themselves and their surroundings.

Dance

Dance is a powerful way to boost mood, improve memory, and support overall wellbeing. As a form of physical exercise, it elevates heart rate, strengthens muscles, and helps reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression by releasing feel-good chemicals in the brain. Learning choreography and exploring various dance styles also enhances memory, coordination, and motor skills. Our dance workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of movement in a welcoming, supportive environment where they can express themselves freely. With a focus on creativity and confidence, participants will explore a variety of styles, including Hip Hop, Breaking (Breakdancing), Street Jazz, Popping, Locking, K-Pop, House, Waacking, and Voguing. No experience is necessary, just bring your energy and a willingness to move!​
